1. General Provisions

1.1. These terms (hereinafter: “Terms”) govern the payment procedures for services provided by the Winner Energy website (hereinafter: “Service”).

1.2. Using the paid services of the Service signifies full acceptance of these Terms by the User.

1.3. The Service reserves the right to change the content of the Terms. All changes will be published on the Service’s website and will come into effect 30 days from the date of publication and may affect transactions not yet concluded.

2. Types of Services

2.1. The Service offers the following types of services:

Basic Services: free features available to all Users, including:
- Use of free codes published on the Winner Energy website and on social media such as Facebook, Instagram, X.
- Use of games
Paid Services:
- Basic Analysis
- Premium Analysis

3. Price List and Payment Options

3.1. The price list of services is available on the Service’s website and is as follows:

Basic Analysis:

Offer:
- 1 code = 1 euro
- 2-5 codes = 3 euros (0.60 euro/code)
- 6-10 codes = 5.50 euros (0.55 euro/code)
- 11-20 codes = 9 euros (0.45 euro/code)
- 21 and more codes (0.30 euro/code)
Subscription:
- Annual fee = 60 euros/1200 codes (0.05 euro/code)

Premium Analysis:

Offer:
- 1 code = 1 euro
- 2-5 codes = 3.75 euros (0.75 euro/code)
- 6-10 codes = 6.50 euros (0.65 euro/code)
- 11-20 codes = 11 euros (0.55 euro/code)
- 21 and more codes (0.45 euro/code)
Subscription:
- Annual fee = 90 euros/1200 codes (0.075 euro/code)

3.2. Available payment methods include:

Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
Electronic wallets (Google Pay, Apple Pay)
PayPal
Bank transfer

4. Purchase and Cancellation Procedure

4.1. The purchase of services can be made through the purchase form available on the Service’s website.

4.2. Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Subscriptions require a renewal payment after their expiration date.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. Refunds are possible if:

- The user reports a technical problem that prevented the actual use of the service. For example, payment for codes was made, and they were not activated due to an error on the Winner Energy website.
- In a justified case of inability to use the service, a refund will be made to the account from which the payment was made within 14 business days of the refund approval.

5.2. Refunds can be reported via the contact form on the Winner Energy website at: https://winner.energy/contact

Transaction Security

6.1. The Service uses advanced encryption technologies to protect users’ personal and financial data.

6.2. In the event of suspicious activities, the Service reserves the right to suspend the user’s account until the situation is clarified.

7. Liability and Dispute Resolution
7.1. The Service is not responsible for delays or problems in payment processing caused by external payment service providers.

7.2. All disputes will be resolved by the courts competent for the Service’s registered office.

8. Final Provisions
8.1. These Terms are available to users on the Service’s website.

8.2. In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of German law shall apply.

Click the “Buy codes” button – a purchase window will open.

Enter the following details:
- Date of birth,
- Gender,
- Full name (can be encrypted – see note below),
- Photo.
Enter the same details for the second person:
- Date of birth,
- Gender,
- Full name (can also be encrypted),
- Photo.
(Optional) Click “Add another person” if you want to analyze more people.
Enter your email address.
Accept the terms and click “Check result”.

ℹ️ Note: You can enter the name in an “encrypted” way by rearranging the letters (e.g., “Anna Nowak” → “Wanna Knao”).

🔹 Path B – You already purchased a code

Enter the first person’s details:
- Date of birth,
- Gender,
- Full name (optional encryption allowed),
- Photo.
Enter the second person’s details:
- Date of birth,
- Gender,
- Full name (optional encryption allowed),
- Photo.
(Optional) Add another person if you want to run additional analyses.
Enter your email address.
Enter your code in the “Your code” field, accept the terms, and click “Check result”.

ℹ️ Note: If you’ve purchased more than one code, you can use them one by one for different analyses.
